Do I need to supply the sink, or can you provide one?
Either works. If you supply your own sink, we install it at our standard labour rate. We can also source and supply sinks — particularly useful for undermount and farmhouse sinks that require specific measurements.
How long does sink installation take?
A standard drop-in kitchen or bathroom sink replacement takes 60–90 minutes. Undermount sinks take 90–120 minutes due to sealant work. Farmhouse sinks may take 2–3 hours depending on the cabinet modifications required.
Can you install any sink type?
Yes. We install drop-in, undermount, farmhouse/apron-front, vessel, pedestal, wall-mount, and bar sinks. We've worked with all major materials including stainless steel, cast iron, porcelain, fireclay, and composite granite.
Is garbage disposal hookup included?
We can connect an existing garbage disposal or install a new one as part of the same job. If you're adding a new disposal, there may be an electrical component — we coordinate with our electrical team if needed.
Will you need to do any countertop work?
For drop-in sinks, we typically don't need to modify the countertop if replacing a same-size sink. For undermount or farmhouse sinks in a new installation, the countertop cutout may need to be made by a countertop professional first — we can advise on sequencing.
